We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottingham to assist with the appointment of a Receptionist on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at client's discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £13.00 - £16.13 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Reception and visitor management with a focus on providing a positive building user experience.
* Coordinate head office meeting room resources including set up and configuration and organizing the appropriate hospitality.
* Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, mailing, laminating, and filing.
* Order and maintain stock in relation to the workplace services provision.
* Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes/actions.
* Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and of other persons who may be affected by your actions or omissions at work.
Qualifications:
* Industry qualifications, industry/sector knowledge.
