Oakridge Recruitment specialise in the supply of high-quality labour and trades and site management staff to the Residential, housebuilding and Modular industry.
We are currently looking for a site manager with experience of delivering JCT projects for a permanent position with a regional developer. You will also have a minimum of 5 years as a residential new build site manager.
Duties
* Manage the site on a daily basis, ensuring company policies and procedures are met.
* Experience to deliver the project on time, to schedule and to budget and review consistently.
* Supervise all labour and co-ordinate activities on site.
* Ensure all Sub-Contractors are briefed and activities are co-ordinated.
* Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to at all times.
* Track record of successful delivery of residential developments, ideally 60+ units per project.
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. Ability to lead, IT literate.
