Deep knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including health and safety and employment legislation. DBS Check Included Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality department within the care home, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered to residents. Train, supervise and motivate the hospitality team to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with residents and their families. Ensure that all relevant laws, regulations and policies, such as employment and health and safety legislation, are adhered to within the hospitality department. Engage with residents and their families on a regular basis to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, and make appropriate adjustments to the hospitality services. Utilize your excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments, external partners, and suppliers to coordinate and deliver hospitality services that meet the diverse needs of the residents.
