Encouraging the progress of Early Career Teachers (ECTs). Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or to be an Early Career Teacher (ECT). Experience teaching Early Years (EYFS), ideally Nursery and Reception. A passion for fostering young learners' development. Knowledge of the National Curriculum. Flexibility and adaptability to work in various Primary Schools as a Supply Teacher.
