Job Title: Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs Assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance Required Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Education or related field Valid DBS check Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of educational principles and practises Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet student needs Organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work in a classroom or one-on-one tutoring setting Potential travel to student's homes or other locations All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
