Job summary The Lead Nurse is an exciting and developing role within CGPN, the role is a key member of the CGPN Management Team supporting the development and delivery of CGPNs clinical services and initiatives within Cambridgeshire. This includes support to our two GP practices in addition to our Community and Extended Access Services. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Nurse with management experience and a strong understanding of quality assurance. Ideally you will have worked in an advanced role and will have experience in managing within a clinical setting. You will provide leadership and supervision to the CGPN Lead Nurses who work within our practices as well as to our Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) & Phlebotomists who work within the CGPN Primary Care Hub.
