We are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and commercially driven Sales and Accounts Manager to help grow our business, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue. The Role:
As a Sales and Accounts Manager at RD Content, you’ll not only manage client relationships but also immerse yourself in the dynamic business end of a creative agency. This role requires adaptability in a fast-moving environment, balancing the creative and commercial aspects of the company. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure the seamless delivery of projects while identifying new opportunities to drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
2. Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow our client base.
3. Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.
4. Collaborating with the creative team to bridge the gap between business objectives and creative execution.
5. Developing and implementing account strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
6. Acting as a self-sufficient, self-driven representative of RD Content in the marketplace, ready to research, network, and foster new connections.
7. Reporting on sales performance and account activity, while keeping an eye on emerging trends in the business and creative industries.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role, preferably in the content production or creative industry.
2. A genuine interest in the world of business, with a solid understanding of how businesses operate.
3. A passion for marketing and sales, combined with a deep appreciation for the creative and film industry.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to connect with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
5. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts and priorities.
6. A proactive, self-driven mindset, and the willingness to research, network, and create meaningful connections.
7. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts while meeting deadlines and revenue goals.
