If yes, we want to hear from you The purpose of the role will be to: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications. Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure. Perform regular system updates and backups. Document and track support requests and resolutions. Collaborate to improve processes and systems. Educate and train users on the best practices and new technologies.
