Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is an administrative outsourcing business who specialise in providing support to professionals in the medical industry. They are looking to grow their Accountancy department with a Part Time Accounts Assistant, who will support with day to day bookkeeping amongst other duties. This role will offer hybrid working, but the successful candidate must be able to commute to Lichfield.
The Role:
* Raise invoices and purchase orders
* Process supplier invoices, authorisations and payments
* Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
* Prepare accounts for year-end
* VAT Reports
* Further ad-hoc tasks as instructed by team leader
The ideal Part Time Accounts Assistant will have:
* A genuine need/desire to work part time
* Level 4 AAT qualification or similar is highly desirable
* Understanding and aptitude with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
