You will possess technical expertise in local health and safety regulations relevant to the project portfolio. You will work as part of the senior construction delivery team, guiding and influencing internal and external stakeholders, including clients and design teams. You will support the construction lead in translating the client’s vision into onsite plans, promote and drive business priorities, and own safety, wellbeing, and quality deliverables for your sections of the project. You will contribute to establishing a health, safety, and wellbeing culture onsite, lead forecast meetings, and maintain strong relationships with clients and design teams. You will ensure compliance with Mace standards and identify continuous improvement opportunities. You will also work towards the goal of net zero carbon transition, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.

Requirements:
* Detailed knowledge of construction methodology, safety, and digital platforms.
* Experience managing large packages of work, planning, and budgeting.
* Strong communication, technical expertise in HSE regulations, and leadership skills.
* Relevant qualifications: apprenticeship or equivalent, NVQ or HNC, SMSTS, CSCS card.
* Membership of professional bodies (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) is preferred.
* Experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and sustainability considerations.
