Now, the fast-growing company is currently recruiting a full-time Warehouse Manager. This role will provide leadership and direction in London Warehouse to fulfill the strategic goals and daily warehouse management of the company. This individual is also required optimum performance of warehouse motivation, inventory management, transportation accomplishment to achieve maximum internal and external customer satisfaction. Components of this position include the warehouse safety, personnel practices, warehouse execution, and others.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Warehouse Safety
Ensures the safety of the whole warehouse environment with daily work place patrol
Create and implement workplace safety operation procedures
Monitors employee conformity to safety regulations of the company
Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions, report any at-risk situations and give solution suggestion.
Maintains high standards of organization, hygiene and cleanliness at warehouse
Keeps good housekeeping practices by setting a consistent example for and clear standards of safety in the warehouse.
Convenes regular meetings on safety control and keep meeting minutes
Promotes a strong safety culture by compliance with OSHA safety rules & regulations and documentary the safety files along with filling form 20 personnel practices
Plans work schedules, assign tasks appropriately and adjust assignment properly according to the current work loading
Implements of Leadership of the warehouse, including associate selection, training, coaching, development, planning, conflict management
Appraise of employee performance, provide employee incentives and improvement suggestion.
Submits employees time card timely to accounting department
Conducts meetings to discuss and settle job-related issues
Provides support and feedback to employees, Fosters a positive and innovative work environment
warehouse execution
Manages warehouse processes maximize efficiency including receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Oversees pulling process for accuracy and timeliness, ensures all merchandise is properly racked and tagged
Monitors truck loading, order selecting
Completes required stock control and report “discrepancies”,“out of stock" or "overstocked" to operations team and give disposal suggestion
Conduct periodic warehouse maintenance and keep each record
Follows and executes stock, shipping, and Distribution legislation requirements

Reconciles with and signs on all the bills received along with supporting receipts, and submits to the accounting department
Sets up work schedule and completes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Liaise and cooperation with other departments to meet the development of company
Adheres all the protocols set up by the company
