The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children across Key Stage 1 and 2 in a primary school setting. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
* Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions.
* Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Maintain an excellent understanding of safeguarding practices.
* Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where children can thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in education is a bonus but not required.
* SEN Experience – Some experience working with children with Special Educational Needs is beneficial.
* Enhanced DBS Check – Must be willing to complete an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check before starting work.
* Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
