As a member of the Outpatients nursing team, you will have various opportunities to develop your nursing skills and knowledge in the Outpatients Department.
You will become an essential part of providing a high standard of research-based patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care needs of patients attending the Outpatients Department, with the involvement of patients and participation of their relatives/carers.
2. Communicating effectively and working in partnership with patients, nursing colleagues, the Multidisciplinary Team, and other relevant personnel.
