Utilising your past experience as a Grounds Maintenance Contract Manager, you will be responsible for leading our service to numerous clients across the Midlands.
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance across the service line.
* Take full ownership of the service delivery by the GM teams.
* Ensure all team members are trained and have a supported career development programme.
* Always maximise operational efficiency of the service.
* Ensure the efficiency of all resources such as vehicles, plant, and equipment.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with our staff, clients, and suppliers.
* Ensure that the financial management of the service is in line with the company's expectations.
* Manage the data collection of all works via our bespoke industry-leading technology.
* Support the growth of the business around the Midlands.
We are looking for an experienced GM Contract Manager who has excellent adherence to deadlines, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities. You will work without supervision and possess attention to detail and accuracy with little or no error. A proven career in Grounds Maintenance with strong management skills and knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources is required.
