This is a fantastic opportunity for proactive and hardworking individuals to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. This will be in our Customer Account Management department where people pride themselves in giving the best customer service to our clients. As a Key Account Manager, you will service and develop key existing accounts and manage customer requirements in a professional manner through the full customer life cycle. This role needs to proactively drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The Key Account Manager role will involve: Developing growth within designated accounts Ensuring that customer expectations are met and are in line with business objectives Responsibility for maintaining the forecast of designated accounts and monitoring risks to output Assisting external sales in setting sales forecasts and striving to meet financial targets Participating in the identification of business improvement opportunities and their subsequent implementation Supporting quoting, aged debt and inventory management Conducting presentations and managing meetings where necessary Providing regular reports and presenting Key account information to senior management Point of contact for designated accounts to deliver customer service excellence Liaising on a cross departmental basis to drive through output ensuring to expedite orders and deliveries Supporting Head of Customer Services where required For this role you will need: Extensive experience in a customer service environment within electronics manufacturing, or similar Strong experience working to and achieving sales targets Good knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Knowledge of PCBs / electronics is desirable UK travel will be required, and occasional international travel may be required Epicor experience is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to successfully liaise with employees across different levels of the Company internally and externally Strong level of focus and self-motivation with a positive attitude High level of customer focus Excellent presentation skills Project management skills Excellent time management skills Flexible and proactive approach Able to respond to changes in demand and meet tight deadlines Ability to convey a professional image of the company If you feel you have the skills and experience to become our Key Account Manager and you are looking for exciting opportunities ahead, please click ‘apply’ today, we’d love to hear from you This role is Hybrid, with at least 3 days in the office at our Hook site and travelling to visit clients when needed.
