Are you organised, reliable, and customer-focused? Join our team as a Mailroom Operative and play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional mail service for our clients at HMRC Bristol Regional Centre.
What you'll do:
1. Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail with accuracy and timeliness
2. Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
3. Support stationery deliveries and occasional general tasks (cleaning, catering, reception)
4. Ensure compliance with health & safety, PPE, and site procedures
5. Assist in audits and manage mailroom systems
What you bring:
1. Basic IT and literacy/numeracy skills
2. Great communication and a customer-first approach
3. Ability to work independently and use your initiative
4. (Desirable) Mailroom experience, NVQ, or H&S awareness
