The role of Mortgage Customer Assistant Telephone Support and Client Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via telephone, providing professional and courteous assistance. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and efficiently. Provide clients with information on our services, lending options, and guide them through the application process. Administrative Support to the Corporate Lending Director: Assist the Corporate Lending Director / Manager with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Prepare and manage loan application documents, agreements, and client records to completion. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM system. Business Development Support: Identify potential new business opportunities through client interactions and outreach. Generate leads and set appointments for the Corporate Lending Director.
