We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic nursery in Henley, Oxfordshire, RG9!
We are looking for staff who have a genuine love of children, are passionate and dedicated to providing the best care possible. We think it is important to work together as a team to provide high standards of education and build strong relationships with the children.
Super Salary: £12.50-£13.00ph (Depending on experience/qualification)

Days/Hours:
* 4 Days a week / 8am – 6pm
* 38 hours / All Year Round / Permanent
*Please note all roles are all year round and we cannot accommodate term time requests.
About the Role - Early Years Practitioner
In this role, you will support children’s learning and development, following the EYFS standards to create a warm and stimulating environment. You’ll work closely with children, parents, and carers, contributing to a high standard of care and education through engaging activities and a commitment to outdoor learning. This position would suit a newly qualified practitioner right up to a super qualified senior practitioner looking to continue growing their experience.
Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities
* Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
* Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery.
* Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families.
* Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a minimum Level 2+ qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
* Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
* Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
* Be eligible to work in the UK
