A leading local Architectural practice based near to Bristol, has openings for both their growing offices in Hampshire and Bristol. They are seeking experienced Senior Architectural Technicians and Senior Architects/Architectural Designers to join their busy and expanding team. Working on mainly medium and large scale Residential developments, the right individual will ideally have a background within large scale Residential schemes.
We are looking for an individual with experience in master-planning and running projects looking to progress their career. You will be working on various scales of leading Residential developments from small to large 500+ taking projects from feasibility layouts through to planning applications and leading projects and project teams within this. Driving forward both innovative and sustainable design solutions, this truly is a unique opportunity to join a popular firm and have an involved role across projects.
Experience on UK Residential housing developments is key, Revit and AutoCAD experience is highly desirable although not essential.
You will be an integral part of the team and there are great opportunities for long term career progression with this friendly firm.
