Purpose of the Role:
To support the HR department in recruitment, policies, procedures, performance management, and employee wellbeing across multiple sites. This will help ensure the company has skilled and motivated employees to meet its long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Advisor:
1. Manage the full recruitment process with the HR Manager, including resource planning, job adverts, interviews, and liaising with agencies
2. Assist with new employee onboarding, such as preparing offer packs, issuing contracts, and verifying work eligibility
3. Oversee the leaver process, including conducting exit interviews
4. Help with SMS communications to fill temporary staff positions as needed
5. Work with Regional Managers on staffing strategies and recommend solutions for employee shortages
