Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Sheffield (Central)
Salary: £30,000 to £55,000 DOE
Adept Resourcing Group are proud to be partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing company based in Sheffield City Centre. Together we are searching for a highly-experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join this exciting company.
The right Executive Assistant will be a well-rounded individual with a wealth of experience supporting C-Level executives in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of calendar and time management and have the ambition and drive to progress and gather more responsibility as the role progresses.
Previous experience in a similar role is a MUST as you will be supporting the company CEO and reporting directly to the Head of People and Talent.
Executive Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
* Management of the CEO's calendar.
o Scheduling meetings
o Coordinating with stakeholders (Internally and Externally)
o Ensure effective time management
* Monitor the CEO's email inbox.
o Prioritise and respond to emails on the CEO's behalf.
o Draft and review correspondence including reports and presentations.
* Arrange international and domestic travel on behalf of the CEO.
o Ensure flights, accommodation, and ground transportation run smoothly and to schedule for all national and international travel.
* Provide support and assistance for key company projects and the execution of strategic initiatives.
o Track project milestones.
o Ensure projects and initiatives align with company goals and values.
o Conduct research and data analysis to summarise key findings to support decision making.
* Manage and track the CEO's expenses, process invoices, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of all expenses to the finance team.
* Ensure information handled as part of the role is dealt with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Skills and Experience Required
* A proven track record of success in a similar role (5+ years desirable).
* A proven track record of dealing with C-Level executives.
* Experience in a start-up, high-growth, or fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
