About Us and the Role
Are you a creative and experienced marketing and communications professional looking for a varied and rewarding role? Join our friendly and supportive team, where you’ll play a key part in delivering impactful campaigns and communications that make a real difference to people in Warwickshire.
This is a true generalist role, giving you the opportunity to work across the full range of marketing and communications functions, including PR, internal communications, social media, digital marketing, account management, and content creation. You’ll be planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, crafting compelling content, managing media relations, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone with at least five years’ experience in marketing or communications who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need creativity, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating campaigns is essential.

Additional Information
The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
