Job Summary
Are you a qualified Paramedic? Then we currently have a fantastic opportunity for you, covering front line response and ad-hoc work.
Main duties of the job
* Operate ambulance equipment and respond to company requests.
* Communicate with patients and others to determine and use the correct ambulance equipment and skills to meet patient requirements.
* Lead and coordinate the emergency response team.
* Evaluate patients' conditions on scene and perform preliminary diagnosis.
* Attend to injuries or illnesses with appropriate treatments.
* Use tech equipment to stabilize patients or provide immediate treatment.
* Monitor patients' conditions en route to the hospital.
* Collaborate with relevant parties.
* Follow medical protocols, legal guidelines, and safety standards.
* Stay updated with new treatments through continuous training.
* Communicate effectively with patients and relatives.
* Document patients' conditions and communicate with other medical staff.
* Maintain HCPC registration.
* Ensure advanced driving skills and compliance with legislation.
* Maintain vehicle upkeep and cleanliness, report damages.
