I am delighted to be working with an international manufacturing business who are looking to hire an HR Business Partner for their Somerset site. Reporting into the Head of HR this role will be stand-alone supporting a headcount of 130.

As the main point of contact for all HR advice and guidance, the position has broad HR generalist responsibilities covering HR operations as well as strategic HR. You will form part of the management team and will have full accountability for all HR site decisions.

End to end recruitment and onboarding
HR administration across the entire employee life cycle
Employee relations including disciplinary and grievance
Performance management
Training and development
HR data and reports for senior leadership teams including compliance
HR Projects
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a solid work history of operating as a hands-on HR generalist within a fast-paced environment. Site HR experience is highly desirable, this could be within a manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, engineering or similar blue- & white-collar workforce.
