IT Support Engineer / Service Desk Support Engineer (2nd & 3rd Line)
As a Support Engineer, you will be able to find and solve problems or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.
You will be comfortable taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business and have a passion for solving problems. Our IT Support Engineers are integral members of our team, influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.
You will have:
1. Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer within an MSP environment (Essential)
2. Experience in working to SLA’s.
3. Experience of supporting multi-site clients.
4. 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential.
5. A valid UK Driving License.
Desirable experience/qualifications:
1. Any Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, VMware etc.)
2. Network Support (Ideally comprehensive Cisco Networking tools)

1. Office 365 / O365
2. Citrix and Hyper-V
3. Handheld device support
4. Windows Server
5. Active Directory / AD
6. MS Exchange
7. Firewalls
8. Network Support
