We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Specialist to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. This role is based in the North West and offers a competitive salary of £30,000.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities on site at Heywood Distribution Park, ensuring compliance with all health and safety, environmental, and legislative requirements. You will work closely with the Estate Manager to maintain accurate records and reports using the CAFM system.
Your duties will include maintaining company risk systems, liaising with suppliers, sending communications to contractors and tenants, and collecting relevant documents prior to issuing permissions to work on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CAFM system to record notes, compliance documentation, and produce reports
* Maintain company risk systems and liaise with suppliers

* Assist with property inspections and recording actions
* Ensure the site remains compliant with regulatory requirements
* Provide reports on property performance, existing risks, and viable solutions
* Collect accurate data on contractor performance and provide analysis as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with CAFM systems, including reporting. FM knowledge is desirable, as is good organisational and administrative skills. You must also be able to work on site at Heywood Distribution Park 5 days per week.
