Description
• Assist in the construction and assembly of exhibition stands, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Learn to interpret technical drawings and plans to accurately build components of the stands.
• Support the installation and dismantling of exhibition stands at various venues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in training sessions and hands-on workshops to develop your skills and knowledge in stand building techniques.
• Travel to different locations as required by exhibition schedules, accommodating varying work hours including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
• Full UK Driving Licence is desirable
• Exhibition or shop fitting background with an ability to demonstrate both bench and site joinery
• Own vehicle
• Able to work away - both around the UK and overseas
• A strong work ethic
• Ability to work under pressure
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in carpentry, construction, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
