We’re looking for a Contract and Performance Administrator to join our brilliant Contract and Performance Team, supporting the successful delivery of the requirements of the PFI Facilities Management contract we have on the Leeds City Council owned Swarcliffe Housing Estate. Yorkshire Housing have a 30-year Private Finance Initiative contract, for the Swarcliffe Estate in Leeds which commenced in 2005. The PFI covers over 2000 properties and is a prestigious initiative within the business. The contract spans several services and activities of repairs and facilities management. As our Contract and Performance Admin you’ll play a huge part in this mission. Are you interested yet? What you'll be doing? Based on-site in our Swarcliffe office, you’ll be providing effective and efficient administrative functions for the Swarcliffe PFI project to both internal and external customers. This will include monitoring to make sure our contractual performance standards are met, service failures are minimised and penalties are reduced. You’ll also be reporting and evidencing pass through costs, lifecycle claims and other recharges, ensuring YHL maximises its recoverable income. Another key part of the role will be the production and payment of invoices and along with managing a number of other key administrative processes. This may include assisting in response to customer complaints, monitoring that jobs are raised correctly and supporting to create newsletters for our customers at Swarcliffe.
