Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fire safety systems and engineering principles, ensuring that all fire protection measures are designed, implemented, and maintained effectively.
You will be given a company van with service equipment to carry out your works as well as a tablet to complete your certificates and reports.
Duties
1. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of existing fire safety measures and recommend improvements or upgrades.
3. Perform regular inspections and testing of fire systems to ensure optimal functionality.
4. Be able to work on most Fire alarm systems, Advance, Kentec, Morley, C-tec are our most common systems.
5. Happy to learn and be trained on additional duties such as Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting.
Experience
1. Experience in building construction or system design will be beneficial.
2. Carried out servicing on fire alarms systems ideally with 5+ years experience.
3. A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent attention to detail is required.
Required
1. Hold a UK driving licence.
2. Due to some of our contracts you will require to have a Police vetting Level 2 and an Enhanced DBS certificate. We start the process for these and pay all costs.

Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
