My client, a leading facilities management company supplying the major banks and retailers of the UK require a Workplace Host covering Reception, Security, and Ambassadorial duties, on a tmep to perm basis.
As a member of a small team of Workplace Hosts, to provide a warm and
approachable daytime workplace service, ensuring a seamless, clean and tidy
workspace and assisting the clients' teams to achieve an exclusive and friendly
work environment. To be an ambassador of the facilities team and coordinate
and facilitate activities with the client's office spaces.
Reporting to the Workplace Experience Supervisor & working alongside the
wider operational teams to support the delivery of the required areas of contract
deliver for our customer. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Influence, support and lead our client’s colleagues
• Collaborate with the landlord’s reception & building management team
• Support clients' visitors
• Coordinate other service providers
• Supervise your ISS team to always to deliver the required service levels.
• Supporting the delivery of client events at your location
Experience:
• Adequate in the use of the required Microsoft Office products.
• Have the relevant hospitality & customer focused service delivery.
• Excellent communications skills with all levels of client seniority.
• Good understanding of H&S requirements within the office workspace.
