Sales Enablement Manager
Location: Hybrid, working from our Portsmouth Office.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience working directly with the VP of Sales, supporting key strategic projects, and enhancing the effectiveness of our go-to-market function, which spans 100+ employees.
As aSales Enablement Manager, you’ll focus on optimizing sales effectiveness through structured training programs, streamlined processes, and strategic project support. You’ll contribute to the efficiency and success of our global sales function by designing impactful training initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, and providing operational support in key areas. Key Responsibilities:
Sales training and Enablement:
* Design and deliver structured training programs for Sales Representativesto improve sales effectiveness and align with key performance metrics.
* Develop initiatives such as AE certifications, skill-based training, and ongoing development programs.
* Work closely with sales leadership to identify training gaps and implement targeted coaching strategies.
* Manage training documentation, ensuring materials are up to date and accessible for all sales team members.
Strategic product support / Operational Efficiency:
* Assist the VP of Sales in tracking progress on key strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across leadership.
* Support the execution of critical projects, such as AI-driven pipeline evaluations, sales collateral creation, and tool implementation.
* Collaborate with partnerships and GTM teams to develop and execute joint strategies.
* Partner with Sales Ops to automate reporting processes, including weekly KPI and leadership reporting.
* Document and refine departmental processes, supporting the establishment of Areas of Responsibility (AORs) to drive efficiency and accountability.
* Conduct regular check-ins with SDRs, AEs, and managers to identify challenges and improvement areas.
The ideal candidate will be:
* A graduate from a reputable university with a strong academic record and notable achievements.
* 3+ years of work experience, including roles with a focus on training, sales enablement, or project ownership.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with high standards and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to come across as confident, articulate, and approachable.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in training, enablement, or roles involving sales team development.
* Strong understanding of SaaS products and technology.
* Proficiency with CRMs and sales enablement tools.
* Analytical mindset and experience automating or improving reporting processes.
* Experience in creating high-quality training content and managing learning initiatives in the technology/SaaS industry.
* Knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies.
* Experience working with sales tools (e.g., SalesNav, Salesloft, Gong, and/or HubSpot is a plus).
