Receive and direct patients Deal with general patient enquiries face to face and on the telephone as part of the reception team Deal with requests for repeat prescriptions and other medication request under the supervision of the general practitioner Accepting and testing patient specimens as appropriate Organising new patient records and adding data from paper records to patients computerised medical record under the strict supervision of the general practitioner Adding new data to patients computerised medical record under the strict supervision of the general practitioner Photocopying, filing and other administrative duties as required Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Partners, Business Manager, or Head Receptionist
