Temporary Receptionist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a professional services firm based in Edinburgh. You will be part of a small team, providing a high-quality service to both clients and staff. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday on a shift pattern of either 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients and staff in a professional manner
- Answer calls efficiently using Microsoft Teams
- Manage meeting room diaries and room setups for meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Monitor and replenish stationery and catering supplies
- Support ad-hoc duties as required by the Facilities Manager
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
