Henry Wiltshire are looking to recruit a receptionist and administrative assistant to work in our Royal Docks office.
We are looking for a fast learner who is well presented, bright and confident, to join our team and assist with accounts, lettings and sales administration.
Overall Purpose: Meet and greet customers and support the accounts, sales and lettings teams with administration
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Greeting customers when they walk into the office
* Answering all incoming call and directing to appropriate person
* Registering applicant/client details for sales and lettings
* Rent Arrears chasing
* Uploading documents to CRM system
* Managing supplier payments and queries
* Accounts and Lettings Admin support
* Deposit Protection/ Deposit Returns
* Stationery Orders
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Person Specification:
* Well presented
* Excellent communications skills
* Smart and business-like
* Punctual
* Professional and Positive attitude
* Self-motivated
* Good computer skills
* Reliable and trustworthy
Experience Required: Experience not essential
Package: Salary - £24,000 per annum
