Trinity is recruiting for a Service Database Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role will be ensuring all service-related data is accurate, concise and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator with excellent data management skills, particularly in Excel. Key Responsibilities • Administering maintenance contract agreements and invoicing setup • Uploading budgeted hours and system asset information • Assisting with new maintenance contract setup in our Service Management System • Ensuring system information is current and accurate • Following the Lost Maintenance Process for all notified contracts Skills / Experiences • Strong administrative abilities • Great Excel skills – please note the interview will involve a small excel test • Finance background (beneficial) • Data processing, review and auditing expertise • High level of accuracy • Investigative mindset • Problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication skills
