We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Talent Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global talent marketing strategy, ensuring we attract the best and brightest minds to Convatec.
What you'll be doing:
1. Develop and implement a global talent marketing strategy that aligns with our overall talent acquisition strategy and business objectives.
2. Help to define and champion our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to ensure it resonates with our target audience.
3. Oversee the planning and implementation of targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
4. Utilize a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to reach potential candidates.
5. Manage relationships with key vendors, such as recruitment marketing agencies and job boards.
6. Conduct research and analysis to gather insights into our target audience and competitive landscape.
7. Create compelling content that showcases our culture, values, and employee experience.
8. Track key metrics to assess the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
Who we're looking for:
1. Extensive experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field, with proven success in a senior/management role.
2. Proven ability to develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and content creation skills.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness.
6. The ability to effectively partner with cross-functional colleagues to create and deliver exceptional results.
7. Proven experience of successfully delivering compelling employer brand and recruitment marketing training to colleagues across the business.
8. Experience working in a complex global, matrixed organisation.
