About the Role Harrogate College are recruiting for an Bricklaying Assessor to join our team. This is a variable hours role. We are seeking an Assessor for the Bricklaying Apprenticeship course. This role will involve tutoring apprentices in college and assessing them in the workplace. There will be opportunities to collaborate with employers to support learners seeking new areas of employment. Apprenticeship Assessors must ensure that learners achieve their apprenticeship within a stipulated time frame. Additionally, they must ensure their learners engage with active learning and complete learning reviews in a timely manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow an apprenticeship department to meet local needs and demands. What You Will Do Plan, prepare and develop schemes of work, session plans, teaching and learning resources, learning and assessment plans. Deliver and assess essential knowledge and understanding to learners. Motivate and inspire students to achieve targets and develop their skills to enable progression. Develop and strengthen relationships with learners and provide support to ensure successful outcomes Use and promote restorative practice approaches About You Holds a L5 Teaching Qualification (eg.
