We're looking for a PR Coordinator (3 month FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Marketing function. Your Role: You will play a key role within the marketing team ensuring that the PR operation is able to run efficiently to successfully deliver the Press Centre and Press Conferences during the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. A confidence in dealing with the global media and senior stakeholders is a must. You will be required to travel to Cannes for the Festival in June. Key Responsibilities Help with planning for the Cannes Lions media operation and provide support in the Press Centre in Cannes during the Festival in June Work with the PR coordinator to monitor and update the LIONS Press Portal as required Process requests for press accreditations for Cannes Lions Assist in updating and distributing press materials including press kits, press releases and emails Help with planning and coordinating materials, schedules and deadlines as needed Provide general admin across all PR tools and programmes, including maintaining the different press databases, distributing press releases, updating the websites and updating project planners Assist with monitoring the Cannes Lions press inbox, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently, escalating as required Be a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced Your Experience Previous experience in a PR role is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of, and experience in, the advertising and marketing industry is a plus. A hands-on passionate creative, who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. Excellent writing skills and proficient in writing for a variety of formats, as well as a strong eye for detail. Advanced organisational and project management skills, with a flexible approach and the ability to multitask. Strong interpersonal skills. Who are we?
