The firm is open to someone who has recently qualified with experience in Commercial Litigation and a passion to continue or has a wealth of experience in this field. There are two job openings. You will have the flexibility you need to accommodate life outside of the, most of the staff go in once a week to touch base, but you are welcome to go in more if this is what you prefer. As long as you have a high standard of client care and attend to client's needs, they understand that we don't always need to be present in the office. YOUR DAY TO DAY As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in advising a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and multinational corporations, on a wide range of commercial disputes. You will work on high-profile cases in areas such as company and partnership conflicts, contractual and supplier contract disputes, commercial debt recovery, and enforcement of judgements. Representing both claimant and respondent to achieve the best outcome, negotiating settlements, litigating where necessary, and developing tailored litigation strategies aligned with client's business objectives. Keeping clients up to date and provide clear advice on Legal issues, making recommendations to courses of action, dealing with negotiations and mediation's. Maintain and build strong professional relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication, providing updates through their case and managing expectations. Collaborate with colleagues and other solicitors, providing support to the junior staff or trainee solicitors when required. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED UK Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with solid background in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution. NQ Solicitors must have at least completed a seat in Commercial Litigation or dispute resolution. Strong track records of successful outcomes for clients. Excellent negotiation abilities Genuine interest to work on high quality Dispute Resolution files for high net work individuals.
