Responsible for the planning and co-ordination of a wide range of Learning & Development (L&D) activities to all levels of staff.
To be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of a dynamic range of L&D projects and learning solutions.
To manage small teams and resources in line with project aims and outcomes.
To ensure learners needs are met through training needs analysis, training design, delivery and evaluation.
Provide staff and managers with the advice and guidance regarding a wide range of L&D activities.
To support the delivery of the L&D Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) plan in conjunction with the People Experience Strategy.
Implementation of subject specific guidance in accordance with Trust Policy and relevant frameworks.
Take accountability for actions recommendations and outcomes from governing bodies including CQC, CCG, Ofsted.
To coordinate the delivery and evaluation of agreed learning and development interventions within specified timescales to meet the needs of individuals, Managers and Trust priorities.
To work effectively with training leads, Managers and other people service colleagues to develop a blended and dynamic learning environment for staff.
Work in partnership with managers and subject leads in the development and implementation of learning and development activities.
Contribute to achievement of the L&D CQI plan, in conjunction with the People Experience Strategy.
Supporting organisational effectiveness to work with the Trust LMS and data analytics colleagues to ensure appropriate performance and compliance information is available to support managerial decision making.
To evaluate the effectiveness of current training delivery and collaboratively develop
a range of training opportunities for staff to maximise their learning in line with professional models, in order to provide high quality and safe patient care.
Support Directorates / Departments and subject leads to fulfil their responsibility to meet external standards.
