About the Role
Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their team in Croydon. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality personal care services, ensuring that every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real difference in people's lives. You will oversee the daily operations of the branch, lead a team of care professionals, and ensure that care services meet high standards, are compliant with all regulations, and are delivered in line with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the branch and manage the care team to deliver high-quality personal care services.
* Ensure that the branch has the correct number of qualified care workers to meet demand and maintain high care standards.
* Monitor and ensure that all processes are followed and documented correctly.
* Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements, as well as meeting the expectations of contract holders.
* Support the development of the team through coaching, training, and leadership.

Qualifications
Our client is looking for a Registered Manager with the following:
* Registered Manager status.
* Proven experience managing a branch in domiciliary care.
* Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* A passion for delivering high-quality community care.
* Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks related to care services.
* Strong business management, budgeting, and commercial skills.
