This position contributes to the overall success of the branch by enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining sales processes. Provide administrative support to the Memorial Branch Manager, including preparing documents, managing appointments, and handling correspondence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enquiries and orders. Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments, follow up on enquiries, and provide information about products and services. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
