As a Lead M&A Adviser, you will utilise your expertise to provide strategic advice and support to clients, helping them identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, structuring deals, and navigating complex negotiations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions that align with their growth strategies.
Your ability to foster relationships and engage with clients will be crucial in this position, as you will represent Old Mill in high-stakes financial environments.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, ideally with a background in accountancy or finance. As a qualified accountant, you will possess strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to convey complex ideas effectively, while your negotiation skills will aid in closing transactions successfully. You should have a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
In addition, you will demonstrate a strategic mindset, with an understanding of market trends and business dynamics. A collaborative spirit, coupled with leadership capabilities, will be essential as you guide your team and work cross-functionally within the organisation.
