Regular travel between sites is a key requirement of the role. The role will involve working in adherence to Group IT Director’s strategy for network development. monitor the Central IT Network Operations and Security Operations Centres and to work in accordance with ITIL Framework for Change Management & Release Management. The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience working in an ICT helpdesk/ICT support role, ideally in an education establishment and understand the diverse and wide range of tasks that are involved with supporting teaching staff, administrative staff and pupils.
