You will be working 5 days over 7 shift patterns 8am to 4pm and 10.30am to 6.30pm You will also: Must have clear DBS Hospital Catering Experience Preferred Experience in good staff management and promoting good teamwork Flexible worker, some knowledge of online purchasing Experience of NHS catering compliance Must possess a good knowledge of menu planning Can demonstrate a proven record of kitchen leadership and HACCP compliance To succeed in this role you will need: Experience as a Chef with a passion for food Supervisory experience in a similar role Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification - e.g. Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 catering qualification - e.g. C&G 706/2/ NVQ What will you get in return?
