Job Description Communication/Customer Service and Team working Engage and work with general practices and staff across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Provide appropriate communication to identify problems and solutions promptly Administration Providing administrative support to all the Training Hub team for the delivery of a broad range of project and initiatives Monitor and respond to queries via email or phone and ensure all have been actioned. Support to the Training Hub team with regular meetings including being responsible for communicating minutes, action logs and agendas Update and monitor the Training Hub website with information, events and resources Provide organisational support for educational events and support training hub colleagues and practices with training offers Support the Training Hub team in collating and recording relevant data and information to report back on TH performance and funding. Keep accurate and complete records in electronic format consistent with legislation, policies and procedures and routine filing/storage of confidential documentation as required. Undertake any other administrative duties specified by the Training Hub Manager.
