Position: Children’s Therapy Delivery Manager
Hours: Part-time, hours per week with flexible working available between 8am and 6pm
Salary: £37,000 per annum pro rata (actual salary £22,000 for week)
Contract: Permanent

The Role
As Children’s Therapy Delivery Manager, you will provide a high-quality, specialist service to victims of sexual violence and manage the Children’s Therapy Service which offers face-to-face, telephone, and online therapeutic support, including counselling sessions for secondary survivors who have experienced sexual abuse or rape. Support is offered whether or not the individual chooses to report to the Police.
The role will also support the Adult Therapy Delivery Manager and cover for those services during the manager’s absence.
The Children’s Therapy Delivery Manager must demonstrate well-developed leadership skills, decisive operational accountability, and an ability to work well independently.
About You
With a minimum of a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling or Psychotherapy, you will have accredited status with BACP, NCS, or another equivalent body and 750 hours of post-qualification practice.
You will also have:
* Experience in managing and supporting staff to deliver services effectively
* A minimum of three years’ experience working specifically with this client group
* A minimum of two years’ experience of undertaking therapeutic assessments
A valid driving licence and access to your own transport, which will need to be insured for business use, is essential in this role.
