We are seeking a part time or full time Office Administrator / Resourcer to join our office based in Sutton Coldfield. In this newly-created opportunity, which has evolved due to significant growth you will be responsible for providing support to the company's day-to-day operations. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Part time hours are flexible but up to 30 hours per week. Also options for a later start and flex around school runs / child care etc.
Salary Pro Rata - £22k - £25k / annum
Responsibilities Include:
* Providing administrative support to the team, scheduling interviews.
* Using social media platforms to promote the business.
* Creating marketing campaigns using software.
* Updating and managing the database.
* General telephone enquiries and handling incoming requests
* Assisting with adhoc projects and tasks as required
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and professional telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office / Outlook
