You are a part of the NHV’s Finance team and you work closely together with the bases of the entities you are responsible for.
CLOSINGS (MONTHLY AND YEARLY)
1. Month end closing
2. Provide support and help team members in all accounting and financial related matters
3. Provide support during statutory audits
4. Preparation of Annual Accounts
INVOICES
1. Process incoming invoices and credit notes on a daily basis to ensure that correct settlement can be guaranteed, follow up on missing approvals
2. Follow up, post, assimilate the invoices according to the accurate and structured process
3. Provide support for local tax obligations for WHT, VAT and other local taxes if applicable
4. Edit and distribute the invoices to customers and collect the payments of the customers
5. Follow up employee expenses in Rydoo
PAYMENTS
1. Daily bank postings
2. Ensure that VAT, Payroll and other local taxes are paid when due
PROJECTS
1. Ad-hoc assistance for financial or accounting projects
Experience
1. Bachelor in economy or accounting or similar through experience
Skills
1. Good knowledge of Excel
2. Hands on mentality
3. Commitment to meet deadlines
4. Good communication skills
5. Driven by results, work accurate, problem solver
6. Languages: English
7. Attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy
