Working as an Administration Manager for a small organisation in Derby, specialising in Education.
Job Description
Administration Manager:
* Office coordination: Ensure smooth operations of a small, busy office environment.
* Compliance & Administration: Own the Standard Operating Procedure, maintain and arrange new compliance.
* Executive & Admin Support: Assist the MD with diary and meeting management, and document and presentation preparation.
* Learner Engagement Support: Facilitate communication between learners, and proactively monitor and provide updates for performance management.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Administration Manager will have:
* Previously worked in the Education sector (desirable).
* Diary and meeting management skills.
* Excellent Administrative & Secretarial skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, able to lead processes.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
What's on Offer
* Administration Manager.
* Based in Derby, fully on-site, not remote option.
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, flexible working.
* £28,000 - £30,000 salary.
* DBS will be obtained and an understanding of Safeguarding required.
